That's the Right to Play model. And that other half doesn't come from anywhere except people who decide it should exist.
What the other half actually buys
It isn't just a spot on a roster.
It's a coach who notices when a kid goes quiet. Practice on the nights that would otherwise be empty. Someone asking about report cards. A teenager finding out there's a path college, a trade, a career, a life and that someone expects them to walk it.
We're not trying to build better soccer players. We're trying to build young people who make it.
