Support Authentic Leadership: Donate or Purchase a Duck! 🦆

Leadership Day supports our mission to cultivate authentic leaders who are committed to making a lasting impact in our communities. We are selling mini rubber ducks for $20 each. Each purchase includes a ticket and enters you into a drawing for a chance to win a prize. Sales support the programs and initiatives that build authentic leaders in our community. We will announce the winners of the drawing at the end of the program. You must be present to win.

If you'd like to purchase more than one, enter the total dollar amount for the number of ducks you'd like to buy. For example, enter $60 if you'd like to buy 3 ducks and put "3 ducks" in the comments.

If purchasing a duck isn’t your preference, we gratefully welcome donations of any amount. Your generosity makes a significant impact, and we are deeply thankful for your support.

What is LSC? Leadership Snohomish County is dedicated to developing sustainable, effective leaders for our community. Through our programs, we empower individuals to become catalysts for positive change, fostering a network of engaged and informed leaders.

Why Leadership Day? Leadership Day originated in 2016 when 23 official proclamations were made by community partners. A community engagement breakfast, Leadership Day celebrates the outstanding leaders in our region who keep Snohomish County moving forward in exciting and actionable ways.
