The "Pull Up, An Ultimate Mental Health Concert", envisioned and led by Dion Rambo, an LA County Commissioner elected by LA County’s Chief Executive Office, stands as a monumental event in the heart of Los Angeles. As the brainchild of Commissioner Rambo, this mental health concert is not just a musical gathering but a powerful initiative that bridges the gap between entertainment and critical community services. It brings together an unprecedented coalition of partners, including the Department of Mental Health, Department of Children and Family Services, Department of Probation, among others, showcasing a united front in support of mental health and foster youth.

This extraordinary event, free to the foster youth graduates and local dignitaries, is a testament to the power of collaboration and community spirit, sponsored in part by the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) and the Zeus Network. By melding the worlds of music, culture, and social advocacy, the Pull Up Concert creates a unique space for dialogue, support, and celebration, highlighting the importance of mental health and the empowerment of foster youth across LA County.
