Pitch Competition, initiated by Toast for Charity, is a dynamic community-focused contest designed exclusively for high school juniors and seniors. It serves as a platform for these students to share their visionary ideas for uplifting their communities. This endeavor not only amplifies their voices but also invests in their future through valuable scholarship opportunities. M.A.D. GOAL is $35,000 M.A.D. Pitch Fundraiser: Location: Disclosed with ticket purchase Date: May 16, 2024 Time: 5:30pm -9pm Parking: Street Parking & Garage parking (please see TFC representative to receive parking voucher for garage parking) 3 course Dinner Menu: - Classic Caesar Salad: Pecorino Romano, House Made Croutons, Caesar Dressing - Dinner Entree: Herb Grilled Chicken Beurre Blanc or Wild Mushroom Orecchiette - Dinner Dessert: NY Cheesecake Berry Coulis M.A.D. Judges: - Amber Hamilton-Gregg, Senior Assistant General Counsel at Dart - Pastor Bryan Carter, Senior Pastor at Concord Church - DeDe McGuire, K104 Nationally Syndicated Radio Host of DeDe In The Morning Show M.A.D. Coaches: - Swan Lee, Swan 7 Productions - Cimajie Best, Public Affair Advisor - Reggie Calhoun Jr., Visionary founder of RPA College Ⓡ M.A.D. Finalists: - Abiba I. Moncrifee: DeSoto High School, Class of 2024 - Jaxson Z. Turner: Prestonwood Christian Academy, Class of 2025 - Hope P. Habia: Judge Barefoot Sanders Law Magnet, Class of 2024 - Anatupenda Daphrose: Emmett J. Conrad High School, Class of 2024 - Cole A. Hairston: Lone Star High School, Class of 2024 - Karrington J. Price: Red Oak High School, Class of 2025 Attire: Business Casual Parking: at Santander Tower garage located directly below the building. Guests must enter on the Pacific Avenue side of the building (1660 Pacific Ave) if arriving after 5:30 pm. There is also may be parking available on the street. Please bring parking ticket upstairs to be validated. When entering the building from the parking garage, you'll take the elevator to the 1st Level. From there, there, you'll see the information screen. Press the 48th floor and the screen will tell you which elevator to take to get to the Tower Club. Once you arrive at the Tower Club, let the receptionist know you're there for Toast for Charity and they will direct you to the event room.
