In this workshop, we'll learn a leadership framework designed to help individuals and organizations more mindfully engage these tensions and unlock the creativity of a both/and mindset.

About the speaker:
Kristine is the Founder & Principal of soilleir, a strategy consulting firm. She is trained in organizational design, small group facilitation, understanding and working within oppositional values, and equity-centered leadership. Prior to founding soilleir, Kristine was the CEO of StartingBloc, a community-based nonprofit supporting 3200+ entrepreneurs, activists, organizational leaders and organizers in amplifying their impact. Through StartingBloc, she worked with corporations like Facebook, Red Bull, and the American Heart Association to develop and nurture their talent.
In addition to soilleir, Kristine currently serves as the Executive Director of Leadership Triangle. Kristine holds a Masters in International Studies with a specialization in Rural Development from NC State University, alongside dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and International Studies-Africa. A student of paradox, Kristine feels most at home in vast desert landscapes, hiking through the Rockies, or sitting in front of a really well-designed spreadsheet with an unlimited supply of coffee.
