We’re all in this together: share your gratitude

Covid has provided unprecedented challenges for all of us this past year. As parents, we have all experienced how it has affected our children and the additional stress it has added to their lives, which adds to the stress in our own. Parents see this first hand and understand the daily challenges we face as families.

Much of the same stress is felt by MCS staff even though we may not see it during school hours. Teachers are instructing through a mask all day long, reminding kids to social distance, keep their masks on, and wash their hands. The constant sanitizing of classroom surfaces, creating modified "covid safe" lessons and activities ensure that the school COVID pledge is consistently implemented.

MCS staff does their best to follow and adapt to the ever-changing county and state requirements. Transitioning between different school schedules, moving classrooms, and eating outside.

The MCS Board would like to invite you to join us in thanking our dedicated staff who are working tirelessly, putting themselves at risk to educate our children and make sure we all stay healthy and safe during these stressful times.

We would like to come together as a community and raise funds to give the MCS staff appreciation gifts to show how thankful we are for everything they do.
