Welcome to the Mission Estancia "Dine, Dance and Donate thru the Decades" Gala & Auction!

Whether you are joining us on the dance floor or bidding from the comfort of your couch, your support makes a massive difference for our kids!

This is the Mission Estancia Encinitas Educational Foundation’s (ME EEF) biggest fundraiser of the year. In partnership with the Encinitas Educational Foundation, all proceeds go directly toward funding innovation in our classrooms and essential programs that prepare our students to be world-ready, including supporting rigorous and challenging academic programs and inspiring performing arts programs.

There are three great ways to get involved and support our school this year:

#1: 🪩 The Live Gala Event (Get Your Tickets Now!)

Ready for the ultimate parents' night out? Grab your friends, dress in your favorite decade, and get ready for an unforgettable evening at a brand-new venue for Mission Estancia!

When: Saturday, May 2 | Doors open at 6:00 PM! (Arrive on time and grab a beverage, take some photos, and mingle before we sit down to enjoy dinner and kick off our bidding for the live auction. The celebration concludes promptly at 10:00 PM.)
Where: The Vistonian (a beautiful, private event space owned by Booze Brothers Brewing Co. Note, there is a parking lot and street parking but ride share/uber is highly encouraged).
Attire: Decade-themed! Dust off those 80s leg warmers, 70s bell bottoms, 90s flannel, or 1920s flapper dresses. (Note: The venue is fully indoors).
What’s Included: Your ticket covers
- Dinner: catered taco dinner by Carlsbad’s local favorite, Señor Grubby’s
- Alcohol included: beer, wine, canned cocktail, sodas (another reason to ride share!)
- Live Auction Access: exclusive auction to high ticket items only available at the Gala
- Entertainment: an awesome DJ spanning the decades to keep the dance floor packed
- Community: An unforgettable night out making memories with existing friends and connecting with new Mission Estancia families!

#2: 💻 The Online Silent Auction (Open to Everyone! Share with Friends and Family!)

Can't make it to the event? You can still score amazing items! Our silent auction is entirely online and open to our entire extended community—parents, neighbors, grandparents, and friends near and far.

What to Expect: Highly coveted gift cards, premium baskets, and unique experiences generously donated by our favorite local businesses and community partners.
When: Bidding opens online the week of April 27th. More details to come, and link will be provided here!
