The Mentorship for Emerging Leaders Program is a 6-month intergenerational leadership initiative connecting emerging leaders with seasoned professionals to cultivate confidence, strategy, and measurable impact. Each mentee participates in structured mentorship sessions, collective leadership gatherings, and completes a capstone leadership project.

The standard participation investment for one mentee is $300.

By 2027, The DESIRE+ Collective aims to support 60 mentors and mentees engaged in ongoing leadership development.

$300 — Sponsor One Leader: Funds one mentee’s full 6-month participation.
$600 — Expand Access: Sponsors two mentees and strengthens leadership reach.
$900 — Leadership Builder: Sponsors three mentees and supports curriculum and program materials.
$1,200 — Community Impact Sponsor: Sponsors four mentees and contributes to collective workshop facilitation.
$1,500 — Leadership Champion: Sponsors five mentees and supports scholarship sustainability and program growth.
