Leadership development should not be limited by financial access.

The Mentorship for Emerging Leaders Program is a 6-month intergenerational leadership initiative connecting emerging leaders with seasoned professionals to cultivate confidence, strategy, and measurable impact. Each mentee participates in structured mentorship sessions, collective leadership gatherings, and completes a capstone leadership project.

Your sponsorship directly removes financial barriers and funds a participant’s access to:

• Monthly structured mentorship

• Leadership curriculum and resources

• Collective workshops

• Capstone development support

• Leadership Showcase participation

• Program evaluation and impact tracking

The standard participation investment for one mentee is $300.

We invite you to sponsor in $300 increments to expand access and strengthen our growing leadership network.

By 2027, The DESIRE+ Collective aims to support 60 mentors and mentees engaged in ongoing leadership development.

Sponsorship Levels

• $300 — Sponsor One Leader: Funds one mentee’s full 6-month participation.

• $600 — Expand Access: Sponsors two mentees and strengthens leadership reach.

• $900 — Leadership Builder: Sponsors three mentees and supports curriculum and program materials.

• $1,200 — Community Impact Sponsor: Sponsors four mentees and contributes to collective workshop facilitation.

• $1,500 — Leadership Champion: Sponsors five mentees and supports scholarship sustainability and program growth.

• $1,800 — Visionary Partner: Sponsors six mentees and contributes to program growth, evaluation, and leadership pipeline development.

• Other — Custom Investment: Contribute any amount to expand leadership access and strengthen program sustainability.
