Colombia 2024

        Our first trip to Cucuta, Colombia was life changing for both our team and the families we encountered. We were able to provide much needed medical care as well as meet some basic needs, such as providing a limited supply of vitamins to the children who needed it most.

 We were also able to get a better idea of the needs of these wonderful people while we were there. Most of the people we encountered were consuming water infested with parasites, most of the children were malnourished and lacked vital nutrients that they need to grow and develop. 

Our goal this trip is to provide water filters to 50 households, these filters are good for one year and we plan to continue to provide replacement filters so they will be able to continue to have clean water to drink for years to come. We also plan to focus on women's health for a couple days, ensuring that these women can continue to care for their families. We will have regular clinic days to meet the needs of all of the men, women, and children. We have a goal to be able to provide vitamins to everyone who needs them this trip. We are so excited to continue to pour into this community and better the future for them. 

By loving on these families, providing them with clean water, food, medical attention and basic necessities we hope that they will see the love of Christ through us as we continue to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
