🏥 The Challenge

I joined the military in 1995, motivated by a desire to serve my country and gain valuable skills. I served as a combat controller for 21 years, with assignments and deployments that took me across the world—from Kosovo to Afghanistan and Iraq. These years of service were fulfilling but physically demanding, and by mid-2000s, I began experiencing persistent lower back pain that has grown into a constant part of my life.

Over the years, I have tried various treatments: lower back injections, opioid medications, surgeries on both knees after my patellar tendons ruptured, and countless rounds of physical therapy. Despite these efforts, the pain remains. My injuries include:

Chronic lower back pain with bulging discs, degenerative disc disease, and arthritis
Full ruptures and surgical repairs of both patellar tendons
General wear and tear throughout my body

Most days, the pain makes it hard to stay active or enjoy daily life. I avoid anything that involves standing or sitting too long, getting up from the ground, bending a lot, or putting pressure on my knees — even simple movements can set things off.

🌟 Discovering Hope

For more than 20 years, I’ve accepted chronic pain as my reality. But recently, friends who have pursued stem cell therapy shared how it transformed their lives. Their stories have given me hope that I, too, might experience relief and healing.

After researching stem cell therapy and its potential for promoting healing and reducing pain, I am optimistic that this could be the answer I’ve been searching for. My goal is simple: to experience significantly less pain in my day-to-day life so I can be more present and active with my children.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 A Family & Service

Since retiring in 2016, my focus has been on my two teenage boys. I want to be there for them as they grow, support them through their challenges, and celebrate their milestones. Chronic pain has made it difficult to be the father I want to be. I am determined to do everything I can to change that.

Serving my country as a combat controller was an honor, but now my mission is to reclaim my health for myself and my family.
