When the people asked the prophet Micah the question, “With what shall I come before the Lord? ...burnt offerings...rivers of olive oil... my firstborn?” here is what the prophet replied, a concise summary of a faithful life:

And what does the Lord require of you?

To act justly,

and to love mercy

and to walk humbly

with your God. (Micah 6:8)

     Merrimack Valley Project raises up local heroes who live out Micah’s words at our annual MICAH Awards Celebration (Ministry In Community Action Honoree).

     These honorees are people who are active not only in their own organizations, but also in the broader community of the Merrimack Valley and beyond.

     The MICAH Awards Program Book will contain profiles of each MICAH honoree, and display ads from our supporters. This is an opportunity for supportive businesses, organizations, and individuals to be visible in a strong community engagement setting.

      We expect over 100 people to receive the digital Program Book by the 2022 event. After the event, 200 or more hard copies of the Program Book also will be distributed to donors, all MVP member groups, and made available year-round at all MVP meetings and events.
