I am so proud to be on Team Marisa’s Mission for the 128th Boston Marathon!
Cancer has impacted so many people, including my loved ones. Many of us, myself included, know first-hand how emotionally and financially crushing this diagnosis is.
Medical bills, out-of-pocket costs, medication, travel, inability to work, and so many other factors cause devastating financial hardship to families. Marisa's Mission provides financial support of at least $10,000.00 to each patient/family battling cancer. This allows them to have some financial reprieve, so that they can focus on their health and the battle against cancer.

Team Marisa’s Mission is proud to be apart of the 128th Boston Marathon! We have 10 runners committed to crossing the finish line and raising funds to help patients and families dealing with the devastating diagnosis of cancer.
At Marisa’s Mission, our goal is to keep the spirit of our namesake, Marisa Federico, alive by alleviating the financial burdens caused by cancer to patients and families through out Massachusetts. We provide hope, support, and the means to focus on what matters most: their health and well being as a family. Marisa’s Mission grants upwards of $10,000 per patient/family through four major programs: Home Assistance, Care, Travel/Lodging and Special Trips. We understand the turmoil caused by this disease and how it not only impacts the individual, but also extends its reach to the entire family. Since 2017, we have been fortunate enough to grant over 1 Million dollars worth of support to patients, families, and hospitals across Massachusetts. Your support not only facilitates our mission, but also amplifies the positive impact we can make!
