I can't believe I'm turning 18. I thought a lot about what to do to celebrate this big birthday. I want to give back in a big way and my heart told me exactly who to give my 18th birthday gifts to - TEACHERS!!

Even though my birthday isn't until June, I am kicking off this project with plans to hold an end of school year celebration for the teachers who have taught me so much more than just the standard curriculum. The past twelve years have shown me how incredible teachers truly are but the past year has been especially challenging and all of my teachers have stepped up in such amazing ways.

Before I close the door on this chapter within the Cherry Creek School District,  I want to unmask a whole bunch of gratitude for the teachers I have had at Antelope Ridge Elementary, Thunder Ridge Middle School and Eaglecrest High School!
