Giving Tuesday: Keep the Magic Alive at MPA!

"We've got magic to do, just for you!"

Here at Metropolitan Performing Arts, we are all about creating magic for our community, both on and off the stage. Join us this Giving Tuesday, December 2nd, to be a part of it!

This year, we want to remind all of our supporters of the ways you can help keep the magic alive at MPA. Follow along to learn how YOU can make a difference!

Money
Cash is King, as they say. And we need a LOT of it to keep our doors open and shows on the stage. Whether it's paying our incredibly talented teachers, securing rights to the hottest shows, building sets, sewing costumes, or keeping the popcorn popping at concessions, "Money makes the world go 'round"!

Donate here or by visiting Vinchesto in the lobby! You can also make a lasting impact by joining our GEM program so you can "Give Every Month" and help us with a sustainable and consistent income.

Supplies
Check out the Giving Tree in our lobby to see what kind of supplies we are most in need of around the theater. Toilet paper, paint, lumber, printer paper, prizes for events--the list goes on and on! You can also find our wishlist on our website!

Time
Most importantly, time. Our volunteers are the reason we exist--they do everything from cleaning bathrooms to managing the lobby and backstage during shows, selling tickets and concessions, supervising children, planning and running events, creating posters and even writing these social media posts (Hi!). If you are looking for a way to make a big difference, consider joining MPA as a volunteer! We have all kinds of volunteer opportunities, and there is something for everyone! So whether you're an extrovert who loves to interact with people or an introvert who would prefer to paint a floor by yourself, send us a message and let's chat about how YOU can help keep the magic alive!
