💙 Why a Facility Wellness Dog?

Acquiring, training, and maintaining a dedicated facility support dog is an investment in the mental and emotional well-being of our MPD personnel, crime victims, family members, and witnesses. This four-legged friend will offer ongoing psychological support and crisis intervention after critical incidents.

🐶 What Your Support Can Achieve:

Initial cost of dog and handler training: $2,000
Monthly food, insurance, and veterinary care: $375 x 12 months = $4,500
Initial program set-up (kennel, leashes, etc.): $650
