Kenny Endo is an inspiration and a mentor to Mountain River Taiko, regularly visiting western MA to provide world-class workshops. Don't miss this rare chance to catch professional taiko in the Pioneer Valley!

Celebrating his 45th Anniversary in taiko, Kenny Endo stands at the vanguard of the genre, and is a leading persona in contemporary percussion and rhythm in North America and Japan. Combining taiko with funk, jazz, Afro-Cuban and Hawaiian music, Endo’s Contemporary Ensemble will feature prominent artists from Japan and the U.S. for this tour, including Kiyohiko Semba, percussion master, and Kaori Takahashi, electric violin, Kaoru Watanabe, flutes, and Abe Lagrimas, vibes, drumkit, and ‘ukulele. Their performances are nuanced, brilliant, and exciting!

Funds raised from this raffle will go towards Mountain River Taiko's 10th Anniversary Concert, scheduled for summer 2022. Your donations will be used to fund transportation and compensation for our invited guests, as well as costs associated with venue rental.
