Creek Defender Program - monitoring for invasive species and cleaning up along the 50 or so creeks that lead into the Great South Bay - 70,000 lbs of trash removed to date!
Great South Bay Oyster Project is helping to put wild oysters back into the bay to restore marine habitat and allow for their natural filtration capacity - over 800,000 baby oysters planted!
Water Quality Monitoring & Report Card conducting water quality monitoring across the South Shore to create an easy-to- understand letter grade report card - making the science accessible to people like you and me.
Advocacy & Education including the need for replacing outdated cesspools and creating a Bay Friendly yard - to reduce nitrogen.
