Cesar 🐶

Hello! Today we want to introduce you to Cesar! 🐶

Cesar is a 3-year-old Cocker Spaniel. His previous family brought him to our shelter, saying they could no longer take care of him. Sadly, he was surrendered in poor condition, he needs surgery on both eyes to remove his third eyelids, to be neutered, and his coat arrived in a very neglected state.

We’ve already managed to restore his coat with a proper grooming session and removed all the fleas and mats. But now we need your help to move forward with both surgeries. Cesar knows that without you, we couldn’t give him the life he truly deserves.

He’s also in need of a foster family. We’ve noticed that his previous home not only failed to provide him with proper healthcare, but also lacked kindness. He needs to learn that he will now always be protected and cared for.

UPDATE: Cesar tested positive for heartworm.
Unfortunately, since we haven’t yet reached our fundraising goal for his eyelid surgery, we’re unable to begin treatment for the heartworm at this time.
