Mareworthy Mother's Day Sweepstakes Official Rules

Eligibility: The Mareworthy Mother's Day Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States and Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, board members of Mareworthy Charities, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on May 3, 2024, and ends at 11:45 p.m. ET on May 31, 2024 (the "Entry Period").
How to Enter:
Prize: One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of a one-of-a-kind framed painting by Susan Roth. The painting is based on a photo of Vee and Stowaway Lass the night Lass was born. The frame measures 18" x 22". The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash or other substitution of the Prize is permitted.
Winner Selection: The winner of the Prize will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted via RandomPicker.com by Mareworthy Charities within seven (7) days following the end of the Entry Period utilizing the . The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified via email within three (3) days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification within five (5) days to claim the Prize. If the potential winner fails to respond within the specified time period or is found to be ineligible, the Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity: Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Mareworthy Charities to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
