Wellness Fund

The Community Care Wellness Fund is a group of funds available to support community members’ wellness needs.  The Wellness Fund is collaboratively managed by the Ely Community Care Team (CCT) and Well Being Development (WBD), the fiscal agent. The Wellness Fund is available to community members working with an employee of a CCT organization. These funds are meant to support one-time or short-term expenses that will make a significant, positive impact when all other reasonable options have been explored.
