When adults are prepared and equipped with a mentoring mindset, it yields stronger support systems for all youth, turning everyday interactions into magical moments that help them learn, grow and realize a future full of possibility. Since 1995, The Mentoring Partnership (TMP) has worked to equip and mobilize a community of mentoring champions to help all young people feel recognized, cared for, empowered and celebrated. Last year alone, TMP delivered more than 1,000 hours of free support to help caring adults and local programs ignite the power of relationships to better support kids.
