Mainline Harm Reduction

Mainline aims to shift power and resources into the hands of drug users so that they may fulfill their own vision for their lives and well-being. We understand that healing can start whether or not drug use stops. Mainline strives to provide the tools necessary to survive drug use. We reject the idea that death is the natural consequence of addiction. We know by heart that compassion saves lives. Our services will always be free. Basic human decency should come at no cost for the most vulnerable, underserved people in our society. We don’t ask “why the addiction?” We ask, “why the pain?” And we do our part to bring love and light to people in pain. Thank you for being part of this mission.
