The S.T.E.P Majorette Dance & Enrichment Program is a dynamic initiative designed to empower girls through dance and personal development. Featuring the spirited Miss-Fits Dance Team, the program combines high-energy majorette dance training with life skills workshops, promoting confidence, teamwork, and leadership. Girls in the program learn intricate routines inspired by HBCU majorette styles while also participating in enrichment activities that foster self-esteem, academic growth, and cultural appreciation. The S.T.E.P program helps young dancers shine both on and off the dance floor.

We'd like to ask for your support in helping our dancers cover the cost of their clothing fees for the 2024-2025 dance season. The total cost for clothing is $375 for each dancer, which includes uniforms, practice gear, and everything they need to proudly represent their team. Any extra donations will also help them attend the end-of-season Majorette Retreat to Orlando, Florida, which you can learn more by visiting our Major Retreat Campaign.
