Yoga Instructors: Kimberly and Jasmine

Kimberly’s life beats to it’s own drum. As an athlete, she was awarded a full ride soccer scholarship at UC Riverside. She graduated with honors in Business Administration, while simultaneously being voted Most Inspirational by her sorority sisters in Alpha Chi Omega. Kimberly spent four years in corporate marketing before yoga influenced her to following her heart. She is now a Yoga Alliance Certified 500hr Experienced Yoga Instructor with over 15 years of teaching experience, A Certified Health Coach from The Institute of Integrated Nutrition, an active member in the health food movement, a master level energy and sound healer and was the owner of The Juicy Life Yoga Studio from 2017-2021. Her classes pull from her trainings in Power yoga, Hot yoga, Restorative yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Reiki and Shamanistic Trainings. Kimberly is passionate about nourishing the body with vibrant fuel, and utilizes yoga as a way to nourish the soul. Her unique classes aim to unlock connections between the body and mind while encouraging students to use yoga off the mat as a guide in life. She is eager to share the gifts and spread the essence of yoga through our community and world. Kimberly uses teaching as her release and her divine opportunity to give back.

Upon completion of her first yoga teacher training in Santa Ynez, Jasmine embarked on a spiritual journey to India to study the more traditional modes of yoga and yoga training. Jasmine weaves foundational breathwork throughout her classes, applying ancient wisdom to our contemporary western world in a useful and tangible way. Her goal is to encourage and support growth of the physical and spiritual self; citing the interconnectedness to each other, the world, and the universe. Jasmine aims to give her students a safe place to befriend their body and reclaim their mind, offering a space to return to again and again by bringing awareness to breath and body.
