Hi! I’m Jaysi — a lifelong soccer player, coach, and current Program Director at Chicago City Soccer Club. My background in soccer has shaped every part of who I am, and today I’m passionate about giving young athletes the kind of support, confidence, and encouragement I needed at their age. I believe deeply in early player development and take a holistic approach to coaching — one that focuses on the whole child, not just the athlete. My mission is to help players grow both on and off the field by building confidence, leadership, teamwork, and a strong sense of self. My path into coaching was rooted in my own mental health journey as a former college player. Sports were always where I felt strongest, and I want to use that same space to empower young girls to believe in themselves, discover their voice, and feel capable of taking on challenges — in soccer and in life. Supporting Girls in the Game means supporting a future where all girls have access to sports, leadership opportunities, and a community that lifts them up. My personal motto is: I can do hard things.
