November Food Crisis: Help Us Fill The Gap

More than 60,000 Omahans are food insecure. Our graduating students are mobilizing our training kitchens and community network to produce and distribute hundreds of nutritious, culturally-affirming prepared meals to people experiencing food insecurity, including the Omahans who failed to receive SNAP benefits and the many Federal workers receiving $0 paychecks. We know for many, this means an impossible choice between food, housing, heat, and medicine.
