We aspire to upload the recordings within 24 hours after each session so you can review a session or practice and listen whenever you cannot join us live on Sunday. Recordings of each particular session will be available for the duration of three weeks following each Sunday session.

Guidelines for Online Participation
We kindly ask you to follow a few guidelines during our practice together in respect for the teacher, darma talks, and to ensure the most beneficial circumstances for everyone to practice together:

We encourage you to create a quiet place at home or wherever you are to meditate without interruptions. It is recommended that you clear your space from any objects that may cause unnecessary distractions and have a meditation cushion or seat that allows you to sit in a meditation posture, comfortable and relaxed.
Log in to Zoom using your full name (the same name you used to register).
Keep your camera on during our session. If you need to turn your camera off due to circumstances like a weak wifi connection or health condition, make sure to inform us in advance or write a note to “KC16 Support” in the Zoom chat. Also, if you need to get up for some reason, please switch your camera off to avoid distractions and then switch it back on when you return to your seat.
There is sometimes a possibility to ask questions towards the end of our guided meditation. If you have any questions, please raise your digital hand on Zoom, and we will invite you to ask your question directly.

Everyone can be inspired by the dharma and benefit from the practice of meditation. If you know someone who would be interested in learning about our Sunday Meditation for All and joining us, please share the registration page. Do not share the Zoom link nor link and password for the resource page. These are for your personal use only.

P.S. 37-Practices Booklet
We recently worked with the root text of The Thirty-Seven Practices of a Bodhisattva in the translation of Christopher Stagg. A small booklet including the structure of the root text and with a foreword by Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche was made available to all registrants. We will also refer to this booklet sometimes during our dharma talks & practice sessions.
