Revive the Magic: Help Menehune Hale Heal Childhood Trauma in Hawaiʻi & Montana

Aloha from Waimānalo!

We are Menehune Hale, founded in Hawaiʻi with a mission to prevent and heal childhood

trauma. Our vision grew into an international community, expanding to Austin, Texas, and

Huntington Beach, California. Like many, we faced profound challenges during the pandemic,

and financial fears forced us to temporarily close our doors.

But the spirit of the menehune is resilient! We’ve been hard at work writing grants, applying to

foundations, and preparing for a joyful comeback.

Now, we’re excited to launch our Pepeluali (February) Fundraiser—and to announce something

big!

Introducing: Menehune Hale Montana

This summer, we’re bringing our healing vision to the mountains! We’ve rented a Majestic

Mountain retreat in Montana from Saturday, June 27 to July 2. Ten guests will embark on a

transformative journey including:

· Sweat lodge ceremony led by Ivy Lake

· Hiking in Glacier National Park

· Equine (horse) therapy

· Nature connection, art, music, yoga, and cooking classes

· The same loving, healing hoʻoponopono spirit offered at our Waimānalo gatherings

Your Support Funds Healing Year-Round

Donations will directly fund:

· Winter programs in Hawaiʻi

· Summer programs in Montana

· Scholarships for children and families affected by trauma to heal wounds. 

We believe in transforming trauma at the speed of love—in the islands and on the mountain.
