Michelle Ambrose Scholarship Fund

The Michelle Ambrose Scholarship is awarded annually to an outgoing Palmer Ridge Football senior with plans to pursue a college education. Every senior football player is invited to apply, and the winner is selected by a volunteer committee. 

Michelle Ambrose was an invested parent at Palmer Ridge and was especially passionate about the football program. She engaged wth the team by making each player feel known and supported. She was more than just a football mom; she genuinely loved kids. Michelle was the beloved wife of Jim and a loving mother to Quinlyn and Collin.

When she passed away suddenly in 2012, her friends and family funded the Michelle Ambrose Memorial Fund to honor her memory. Since 2012, BFCOM has awarded $30,000 to 17 Michelle Ambrose Scholarship recipients. Past recipients exemplify leadership on the field, passion in life, and commitment to education. All qualities Michelle valued.
