BareBones at 21ten Theatre

Thank you for considering BareBones of 21ten Theatre! Our motto is, "good acting, good stories, told simply."

Our mission is to bring professional theater to those with limited or no access to live theater. We bring a "BareBones" production, with simplified/no tech, with an emphasis on the story itself. Our focus is bringing plays to elders, houseless, detained, PDX community spaces, and rural zones.  All our plays center on themes of hope and recovery/redemption.

We are currently 100% funded by donors and grants. Thank you! YOU are making it possible to bring professional, profound plays to an audience who may have never experienced a live play, or who has limited access due to funds and/or geography. The more money, the more plays in more places.
