Adoptions are slow, and it is time to get creative!

A fantastic volunteer applied for and got acceptance for some of our dogs to go on a life-changing journey in a renowned prison-based K-9 training program. It’s designed to impact the dogs' and prisoners’ lives positively. The first three dogs we are sending are Isola & Darsena (sisters, 11 months old), and Chapa, one of our long term dogs. Dogs in this program receive top-notch training from experienced handlers. They learn essential skills and behaviors that ensure each dog graduates as a well-rounded, desirable companion.

The nonprofit price for this prestigious program is only $1,400 per dog, and we are still only charging our normal adoption fees for our pups that graduate from this month-long intensive! To help us sustain this new opportunity for our wonderful dogs, we are hoping to raise the money for Isola, Darsena, and Chapa's stays - and if we raise more than $4,200 we'll save it to send more pups!
