Thank you for registering for our upcoming Decatur Gun Club Introductory Wingshooting Clinic on Sunday, September 28, 2025. Check-in starts at 9:30AM.

To finish your registration, complete a Skill Level Assessment Form for each participant, and if applicable, a permission form. The permission form must be completed and signed by a parent or guardian for any participant under the age of 18. ***Please note that every participant must complete a Skill Level Assessment form. The completed forms should be sent as early as possible but must be received no later Thursday, September 25, 2025. Please email your forms to c_usherwood@yahoo.com or mail your form(s) to: Chris Usherwood, 105 Scott Ct, Mt Pulaski, IL 62548.

Please arrive a half hour before your session begins to check in. If for any reason you are unable to attend, call us at least 72 hours in advance as we typically have a waiting list.
