Thrive for Change General Operating Support

Thrive for Change is a grassroots overdose prevention nonprofit based in Cleveland, led by people with lived experience who are passionate about saving lives and building community. Our work centers on dignity, safety, and real-world solutions to the overdose crisis, helping people live longer, healthier, and more connected lives while pushing for more compassionate systems of care.  In 2025, our efforts prevented over 130 overdose fatalities in Ohio.
