Aloha family & friends! With a collective effort, our families at Ke Kukui Foundation & Kaleinani O Ke Kukui are fundraising for our NEW cultural space! Although we have acquired a new facility to continue programs once again since covid, we are aiming to raise funds to help bring the new place to life with much needed items.
Ke Kukui Foundation has been part of our ʻohana since itʻs inception in the early 2000ʻs. Founded by my late mother, Deva Yamashiro, the organization has focussed on creating positive impact in the community for over 2 decades with an emphasis on sharing aloha and the Hawaiian culture to the community. Throughout the years, itʻs been a blessing to see how Ke Kukui Foundation continues to leave a positive impression with the families and community involved.
I couldnʻt be more proud of my mother and to see how her vision remains affluent. Iʻve seen first hand how valuable Ke Kukui Foundation has been to those families that are seeking a local/Hawaiian connection while living in the PNW. The organization has helped my kids remain connected to our culture while living away and I will forever be grateful for that.
Mahalo for your continued & generous support in keeping my motherʻs legacy alive and thriving in the SW Washington community.
