Health Over Wealth Benson is a grassroots nonprofit fighting to stop Aluminum Dynamics from building a massive aluminum casting facility (secondary smelter) in our community. If approved, this facility will bring heavy air pollution, toxic emissions, dangerous truck traffic, and an enormous strain on water supplies- all right next to the San Pedro River, one of the last free flowing rivers in the southwest. 

We're raising funds to cover legal costs and organizing efforts so that the people of Benson can stand up against corporate interests threatening our health, land, and future. 

This fight isn't just about Benson, it's about setting a precedent for every rural town told to sacrifice their environment and rural way of life for profit. Every donation, big or small, helps us build the resistance and protect what cannot be replaced.
