Here’s everything you need to know to prepare for the day:

Point of Contact & Onboarding:

Desiree will reach out to you with onboarding instructions, including forms, setup guidelines, and any additional event details.

Setup Details:

Setup Time: 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM (please arrive promptly)
Team Meeting: 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM (important for orientation and final instructions)
Event Start: 2:00 PM

Vendor Requirements:

Vendors must provide their own canopy/tent, tables, and chairs.
Vendors are responsible for extension cords, power strips, or any electrical needs.
Bring any signage, displays, or promotional materials to showcase your business.
Pack business cards, brochures, or flyers for networking and sales.
Vendors are responsible for their own transactions (cash, card reader, or digital payment options).
Maintain a clean space during and after the event — trash bags are encouraged.

Event Amenities:

Vendors will be located on the back patio, alongside live music, food, and refreshments, giving guests plenty of opportunities to explore and shop.
Mini wellness services, movement classes, and other experiences will rotate throughout the event, ensuring a consistent flow of attendees.

Additional Notes:

This is a rain or shine event — please plan accordingly for sun or weather protection.
Your two free tickets allow you to enjoy the event when not at your booth — perfect for sampling movement classes, wellness services, or connecting with other vendors and attendees.
