We’ve all been there—bookmarking a dozen research papers with every intention of reading them, only to have them sit in a "to-read" pile for months. Life in our field is busy, and staying on top of the ever-evolving world of nutrition science shouldn’t feel like a solo mountain climb.

That’s why we created Common Ground.

This isn't a lecture, and you don’t need to be a researcher to join. This is a space where we pull up a chair, grab a cup of coffee, and tackle the latest evidence together. We’ll break down complex studies, discuss how they actually apply in the real world, and learn from each other’s unique perspectives.

All are welcome here. Whether you are a student just starting your journey, a seasoned professional in the thick of clinical work, or a retiree staying connected to the science you love—there is a seat waiting for you.

What to expect:

A Peer-to-Peer Vibe: We are all learners here. No "experts" at the head of the table—just a collaborative group of curious minds from across our district.
