Important Times: Doors open at 6:00PM. Dinner is served at 7:00PM. The first horse race begins at 7:30PM. Raffles: Guests can enter basket raffles throughout the event. Raffle winners will be selected at the end of the event. Winners must be present to claim their prizes. Sponsorships: The deadline to purchase Horse, Race, and Event Sponsorships is Monday, November 4, 2024. Parking: The venue has a free parking lot. Attire: Guests are welcome to dress in derby attire, but it is not required. Alcohol/Smoking: All guests must be 21+, as alcohol will be served at this event. Guests must follow all rules posted at the venue pertaining to smoking/vaping.
