At NCAL, we continuously strive to provide refuge not only to our local animals but also to those from overpopulated areas, just like Puppy pictured above who arrived by airplane from Texas Fort Worth just last week - we picked him up in Manchester. 

Today, we confront a critical challenge: our capacity to transport animals safely and efficiently. NCAL has been without a working transport van for over a year, hindering our ability to rescue animals. We've relied on rented U-Hauls and staff vehicles, solutions that are neither sustainable nor adequate.

We have a promising opportunity: A generous donor has pledged to match every dollar raised, up to $10,000, towards purchasing a new transport van. Additionally, we have recently received raised another $18,000. Together, these funds will enable us to acquire a gently used transport vehicle, enhancing our rescue capabilities dramatically.
