Founded in 1994, the Naperville Diamonds Softball Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit girls-only fastpitch program serving more than 350 athletes, ages 7–18, across nearly 30 teams. We provide year-round training and competition, including over 50 games each season, regional and national tournaments, and skill development clinics.

At the heart of our program is The Diamond Mine, a 12,000+ sq. ft. indoor training facility in Plainfield, IL. Unlike many co-ed programs, we are one of the few facilities in northern Illinois dedicated exclusively to girls’ fastpitch softball. The Diamond Mine is used daily for team practices, private lessons, and player development.

Our mission extends far beyond the game. We are dedicated to building confidence, leadership, resilience, and teamwork in young women — preparing them to succeed not only as athletes but also as future leaders in school, careers, and their communities.
