2022 Spring Appeal

Dear Friend,

These last two years will go down in history as the most challenging time for the agency as we responded to the impact of COVID and the enduring effect sheltering in place with an abuser would have on victims of violence and their children. We will be dealing with the magnitude of this public health crisis and addressing its impact for many years to come with your help.

Our programs and services were designated as essential and while we pivoted to working remotely for the protection of the public, and our staff, we are proud that our programs and services never stopped. Our shelter and 24-hour crisis hotline remained in operation without interruption. Various forms of technology allowed us to maintain contact with our clients and to connect with new clients seeking help.

As we move into our next fifty years, we are grateful for your support, the trust of our clients and their families, and an outstanding team of advocates. We invite you to join us as we recommit to ending domestic violence in the moment…and for all time!
