Bob Wilson Memorial Annual Scholarship

The late Bob Wilson served as a full-time faculty member in Electromechanical Technology at the Regional Center for Advanced Manufacturing from 2011 to 2021. He started as an adjunct professor at Northeast State in 2002.

Wilson also worked for 30 years at Eastman, starting as an industrial instrumentation apprentice and progressing to become an apprentice program developer. From there, he served as a control systems technician, a team manager, a senior team manager, and finished as a production manager for Flowserve, Inc. in 2000.

Bob spent four years in the U.S. Air Force (1961-1965) as an aerospace ground equipment repair technician.

A proud alumnus, Wilson held an Associate of Applied Science degree in General Technology from Northeast State and was certified as a journeyman industrial instrumentation repairman by the U.S. Department of Labor.

Wilson was awarded RCAM’s Instructor of Excellence Award in 2021. He passed away in April 2021.

We appreciate any donations in support of the Bob Wilson Memorial Annual Scholarship.

Sincerely,

Northeast State Community College, and the Northeast State Foundation
