Be a part of PRIDE 2024 as a Vendor. We are accepting vendor applicants. Complete the attached form with a minimum donation of $25 to participate. Please read the requirements to participate fully before payment to ensure that your application will be approved.

Interested in being a vendor at Newaygo PRIDE? Read the guidelines on this page carefully, then click the button below to purchase a vendor ticket for the event date(s) you are interested in. You will be prompted to fill out the registration form during checkout. Your digital ticket and confirmation will be emailed to you once the vendor fee has been paid.

VENDOR GUIDELINES:

We welcome artists and artisan vendors who create their own unique items. No commercially available merchandise permitted. Food vendors must have a professional food truck or trailer. We require all vendor booths to support LGBTQIA+ and support themes related. The more creative and colorful, the better!

Newaygo PRIDE is a family-friendly event in a public park. No weapon, drug, or political merchandise permitted. The sale of smoking or drug related paraphernalia is strictly prohibited. We do not permit the sale of cannabis related items (including pipes and CBD).

Vendor registration is for artists/crafters and food vendors only (not organizations or corporate businesses soliciting information or advertising products/services). NEWAYGO PRIDE does not allow the sale of commercially available merchandise. No wholesale items or imported products. No commercial or direct sales businesses permitted (examples include tupperware, insurance sales, and herbalife). We do not permit non-associated events to be advertised at the festival. No petitions or politics.

We do not allow the sale of merchandise printed, stamped, or embroidered with our trade name "Newaygo PRIDE". We do not authorize use of the name "Newaygo PRIDE" or the Newaygo PRIDE logo on any merchandise - including t-shirts and apparel.

Do not bring merchandise that does not fit within our vendor guidelines. Vendors who violate the guidelines will be asked to leave without refund. Newaygo PRIDE reserves the right to restrict sales of any item at staff’s discretion.

Newaygo PRIDE is an outdoor festival. All vendors must bring their own tent and tables. Water and electric hook-ups are not available to vendors. Newaygo PRIDE is a rain or shine event. Refunds / transfers will not be issued in the event of vendor cancellation.

Festival hours are 3 to 7:00pm. Vendors have the option of setting up starting at 12pm on the day of the festival. Vendors will receive detailed set-up instructions via email prior to the event date.

Note to food vendors: We accept food trucks and trailers only. Food vendors must be properly licensed as a mobile food establishment through the health department prior to registering. There are no water or electric hookups. You must bring your own generator and water tanks.

PET POLICY: Due to crowd size and for the safety of guests, pets are not permitted on festival grounds. NO EXCEPTIONS.

DISCLAIMER: Newaygo PRIDE is a rain or shine event. Ticket and vendor registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Participant assume all risk and liability associated with participating in the event and release Newaygo PRIDE, its organizers, and the venue from all liability for injury and property loss/damage that may result.
