1) Time: June 9th. 3-8pm

2) Location: 19 E. Queen Ave. Spokane, WA 99207

3) Please see the Event Map to find your reserved booth space.

4) Please email assistant@neyfs.org with your Organization Name, Logo, primary & secondary contact information, and what resources, services, and/or products you will be offering at your booth.

5) Send assistant@neyfs.org a copy of your business license in your respective state of business ASAP for us to file for the event. For food trucks - all workers are required to have a food workers permit.

6) We ask that our vendors bring their own tables and supplies. If you need assistance with this please let us know 2 weeks before the event (May 26th).

7) If you will have handmade products at your booth, we ask that they are locally grown and/or made products to follow our mission of building up our community from within.

8) Insurance: liability and product liability insurance is required for all market vendors who sell anything edible.

9) If you need a booth number for your state tax information please let us know prior to arriving at the event and we will provide those for you.

10) If you need a power /electric supply, please let us know 2 weeks before the event (May 26th)

11) All spaces are outdoors and will be a MINIMUM of 10’ x 10’. If you need a larger space it will be provided. Please let us know.

12) Families and children of all ages will be present. No inappropriate behavior, language, or conduct will be tolerated. Please keep any adult-related materials out of sight, from, or in reach of children.

13) NEYFS is not responsible for any injuries that may occur during the event. All Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise. If your product is broken or stolen during the event, it is not our responsibility. Any damage to the building by a vendor is the sole responsibility of the vendor. Vendors release Northeast Youth and
Family Services from any and all liability.

14) By confirming your registration you are agreeing to follow the rules outlined in this email.
