At NewFlex Youth Programs, summer is more than camp. It is a season of discovery, leadership, mentorship, and life-changing opportunities.

Every day, young people from diverse backgrounds come together to learn, grow, compete, create, and build lasting relationships in a safe and supportive environment. Through athletics, leadership development, performing arts, STEM enrichment, community service, and mentoring, we help youth develop the confidence and skills needed to succeed in school, in their communities, and throughout their lives.

Athletics That Build Character

Our summer sports programs introduce youth to basketball, volleyball, tennis, pickleball, fitness training, dance, and recreational activities that promote healthy lifestyles and teamwork. Participants learn discipline, communication, sportsmanship, goal setting, and perseverance while staying active and engaged throughout the summer.

From first-time athletes learning the basics to experienced players developing advanced skills, our coaches create an environment where every child can grow, improve, and feel valued.

Leadership Through Experience

Leadership is woven into every NewFlex activity. Youth are encouraged to speak up, work together, solve problems, mentor younger participants, and take ownership of their personal growth.

Whether leading a team activity, helping organize an event, supporting a community project, or participating in public presentations, our youth gain real-world leadership experience that prepares them for future success.

Confidence Through Creative Expression

Our signature youth pageant and leadership development programs provide participants with opportunities to build self-esteem, public speaking skills, stage presence, and personal confidence.

Youth learn that success is about more than appearance. Through workshops, mentoring, community service, talent development, and positive role modeling, participants discover their strengths, celebrate their individuality, and develop the confidence to pursue their goals.

Mentorship That Makes a Difference

Positive adult relationships are at the heart of everything we do. Our staff, coaches, volunteers, and community partners provide guidance, encouragement, and support that help youth navigate challenges and recognize their potential.

Many of our participants return year after year, growing from campers into leaders, volunteers, mentors, and role models for younger youth.

STEM, Exploration & Enrichment

Learning continues beyond the classroom through hands-on STEM activities, technology experiences, educational projects, and enrichment opportunities that spark curiosity and creativity.
