The Newport News Fire Department, IAFF Local 794, and the Newport News Retired Firefighters Association are teaming up to fight hunger across our community!

This season, our city’s bravest are answering a new kind of call — to extinguish hunger and help local families in need.

🚒 Special Event — Saturday, Nov. 22: Meet the Engines at Harris Teeter (12404 Warwick Blvd, Newport News, VA 23606 ) & Piggly Wiggly (3101 Jefferson Ave #106, Newport News, VA 23607)

🍎 Most Needed Items: Canned meats, soups, cereal, and shelf-stable meals

All donations support THRIVE Peninsula, providing groceries and stability to neighbors facing hardship.

Together, we can extinguish hunger across the Peninsula.
