In 2024, Avenue had a productive year of construction, finishing two projects: Fulton + James and Avenue Park! It's thrilling to think that families can anticipate moving into their new homes this holiday season.
Thanks to the dedication of our friends and supporters, 107 Homebuyer Education grads will gather for the holidays in their new homes! With your help, families can achieve their dreams of homeownership and continue to live in high-quality, affordable homes for the foreseeable future.
