Our past winters have been long, cold, and especially harsh for many low-income homeowners in Warren, Washington, and Essex Counties. Thanks to our Neighbors Helping Neighbors Fund, we were able to respond to urgent home repair needs—thawing frozen water and sewer lines, fixing broken heating systems, and stabilizing collapsing porch roofs. These were not just repairs—they were lifelines.

But today, our emergency fund is depleted, and winter is on its way again.
We are asking for your help so we can continue saying yes when our neighbors call.

What is Neighbors Helping Neighbors?

Neighbors Helping Neighbors, created by PRIDE, supports low-income homeowners facing emergency home repairs that threaten their health, safety, and housing stability. While PRIDE administers several state and federal housing grants, those funds often take months before repairs can begin.
