Non Violent Communication (NVC) - Fall Training

This 8 week course is a pre-requisite for the restorative circle facilitation course we also offer online. We embrace and embody the “Non Violent Communication” consciousness and “language of life” (feelings and needs) as the core of our restorative circle work, and therefore NVC familiarity is essential to anyone wishing to facilitate this work using our model. Completion of any other “level one” NVC course will also be acceptable for participation in the circle facilitation course.  If you have completed a course elsewhere, just send us a copy of your certificate with a brief description of when, where and by whom the course was offered. 

This basic Non-Violent Communication training will give students background and deep practices to begin to develop a non-violent consciousness and skills for non-violent (compassionate) listening and communication using the model developed by Marshall Rosenberg during his lifetime, and by many gifted NVC practitioners/teachers since.

This training will be offered by RCPVT trainer and facilitator, Laurie Rabut.

The training will be held on Zoom, Wednesday evenings, Oct 15-Dec 10 with no class on Nov 26.
Fee: Required materials fee of $30 to cover the cards and mailing costs.  Suggested course fee of $80 with sliding scale chosen by participants to best meet your personal values and needs.
