North Valleys High School has a proud tradition of musical excellence since it opened in 2001. Student musicians at the school currently perform in the Cadenza Choir, Chamber Orchestra, Sinfonia Orchestra, Concert Orchestra, Guitar Ensemble, Marching Band, Symphonic Band, Color Guard, Percussion Ensemble, CLAW Orchestra, and Jazz Band.

Our band, choir, orchestra, and guitar musicians have earned spots in WCSD District and NMEA State Honor Ensembles, participated in community music group such as the Reno Pops Orchestra, Reno Video Game Symphony, Reno Youth Symphony Orchestras, and Pride Bands. They also compete and perform in extra-curricular music ensembles such as the NVHS CLAW Orchestra, Jazz Band, Winter Drumline, Winter Color Guard, Marching Band, and Cadence Choral Ensemble.

Your support in this fundraiser will allow us to bring in high-quality clinicians, coaches, and master teachers to work with our students over the course of this year. Our student musicians work hard to deepen their skills in performance, and broaded their durable skills in leadership and collaboration as members of these amazing music ensembles. Staff for this year work with all ensembles and help support after-school lessons, master classes, and rehearsals for our bands, choir, guitar, and orchestras.
